About John

Kinesiologist (B.Ed. Kinesiology,
McGill University, 2005)

For more than 25 years, I've helped people move with more ease, balance and confidence, from bed-based and seated exercise to standing, stepping and balance work, in English or French.

I love to move and I enjoy working with people. My particular passion is making Tai Chi/Qigong accessible: bringing breathing, posture and movement together to practise balance and coordination and encourage a sense of calm.

I also draw on other movement approaches, choosing exercises that suit your abilities, goals and interests. Seeing what healthy movement brings to the people I work with is what keeps me going.
